Financial Considerations
Our staff would like to ensure that all the financial arrangements are simple and most convenient for your specific desires. There are various payment options as well as potential insurance benefits. We hope the following information will be helpful.
Our Rejuva team, is readily available to meet with you personally to provide the specific information you need. Our Patient Care Coordinator specializes in this area and will use her expertise to help you obtain the maximum benefit from your surgery. At the time of your initial consultation, she will also provide you with an estimate of the surgical fees. These fees are all inclusive unless otherwise indicated, in otherwords, you should not expect any separate facility or anesthesia bills.
To schedule and hold a surgery date a $500.00 deposit is required. This amount is deducted from the total surgery fee. Payment for your procedure is due in full on the date of your preoperative appointment with us, which is 1-2 weeks prior to your surgery date. The initial deposit is non-refundable. To apply for any surgical promotions the $500.00 deposit must be paid on the date of your consultation.
There are a number of payment options, which may be used individually or combined according to your needs, such as personal check (for deposits only), cashier’s check, cash or major credit cards.
