Nothing goes on in your mind that isn’t affecting your body at a cellular level. This Yoga Nidra Guided Meditation is about letting go of the stress in your life, and learning to relax your body. We begin with some gentle breathing exercises, followed by candle gazing Pratyahara (withdrawal of senses). Than the Yoga Nidra part of the meditation is done lying comfortably on the ground, or sitting if you would prefer that. We finish with some light stretching, and time to share your experience, or to ask questions if you would like to.
